Important Information

Passenger Weight Policy

• Accurate passenger weights must be provided at booking
• Weights will be confirmed at check-in; incorrect info may result in forfeiting the flight with no refund
• Guests over 250 lbs are subject to a $150 comfort surcharge for additional seating
• Guests 300 lbs or more must contact our team to secure an AStar helicopter

Flight Conditions

While we aim to provide the best views possible, flight paths may vary due to local weather conditions or FAA regulations. Your safety is always our priority.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due 72 hours before the tour date.

When booked directly with Alaska Helicopter Tours:

• Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before departure
• No refunds within 72 hours, but rescheduling is possible for a $200 fee
• No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable unless Trip Protection was purchased
• If the tour is cancelled due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund

Trip Protection is highly recommended.

When booked through a third-party agency:

• You must follow the agency’s cancellation policy
• Cancellations must be made directly with the agency
• Do not contact Alaska Helicopter Tours directly for third-party bookings

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
