Full payment is due 72 hours before the tour date.

When booked directly with Alaska Helicopter Tours:

• Free cancellation if made 72+ hours in advance
• No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours
• Rescheduling possible within 72 hours for a $200 fee, unless Trip Protection is purchased
• No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable
• Full refund provided for cancellations due to weather or safety concerns

Trip Protection is strongly recommended.

When booked through another agency:

• Follow the cancellation policy of the booking agency
• All changes or cancellations must be made through the agency
• Do not contact Alaska Helicopter Tours directly if booked via a third party
