Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required 72 hours prior to your tour.

When booked directly with Alaska Helicopter Tours:

• Free cancellation available if requested 72+ hours in advance
• No refund for cancellations within 72 hours
• Rescheduling within 72 hours is possible for a $200 fee, unless Trip Protection was purchased
• No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded
• Tours canceled due to weather or safety concerns are fully refunded

Trip Protection is strongly recommended.

When booked through a third-party agency:

• Follow the cancellation policy of the booking agency
• All cancellations must be handled through the agency
• Please do not contact Alaska Helicopter Tours directly for third-party bookings
