• Cancellation policy (booked directly): Full refund for cancellations made 72+ hours prior to departure. Within 72 hours, bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled for a fee ($200) when possible. No-shows or late arrivals forfeit payments unless Trip Protection was purchased.
