Additional Information

• Guests must be at least 7 years old and able to ascend/descend two flights of stairs.
• Passengers weighing 250 lbs (113 kg) or more must pay an additional $150 surcharge.
• No bags, drones, tripods, selfie sticks, or tablets are permitted onboard.
• Seating is assigned based on aircraft weight and balance; groups may be split between helicopters, but will be together for airboat and glacier activities.

Cancellations

• Tours may be canceled due to weather for safety. In this case, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Guest cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur a 10% cancellation fee.
• Tours are non-refundable inside of 24 hours of start time.
