- Requirements:
- Must be 12 years or older
- Ability to walk for 2 full hours over uneven and moderately steep terrain
- Guests must be able to board and exit the helicopter without physical assistance
- Baggage policy: For safety reasons, bags, tablets, tripods, selfie sticks, and drones are not permitted onboard.
- Weight policy: Passengers 250 lbs (113 kg) or more are subject to a $150 surcharge for comfort and aircraft balance. Total weight includes clothing and gear. The fee must be paid at booking.
- Aircraft seating: Seating is assigned based on weight and balance for safety. While groups are kept together whenever possible, they may be split across helicopters for the flight segment but will reunite on the glacier.
Cancellations
- Weather policy: Flights operate based on safety and visibility. If weather prevents operation, tours will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
- Guest cancellations:
- More than 24 hours before departure: 10% cancellation fee applies.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: Tour is non-refundable.
