Full payment is due 72 hours prior to your tour.

When booked directly with Alaska Helicopter Tours:

• 100% refund for cancellations made 72+ hours in advance
• No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of departure
• Rescheduling within 72 hours is possible for a $200 fee (waived with Trip Protection)
• No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded
• Tours canceled due to weather or safety concerns are fully refunded

When booked through another agency:

• Follow the cancellation policy of your booking agency
• All cancellations must be handled directly with that agency
• Please do not contact Alaska Helicopter Tours directly for third-party bookings
