Passenger Requirements and Aircraft Limitations

• Accurate passenger weights must be provided at booking.
• Passengers weighing 300 lbs or more (including clothes and shoes) are not allowed to fly due to aircraft restrictions.
• Groups with a combined weight exceeding 580 lbs will not be permitted to fly.
• Weight verification may be conducted upon arrival.
• If weight limits are exceeded and the flight is canceled on arrival, the full price will be charged with no refund.
