Passenger Requirements & Aircraft Limitations

• Accurate passenger weights must be provided at booking.
• Individual weight limit: 300 lbs.
• Combined group weight of 500 lbs may require weight check upon arrival.
• Flights cancelled due to exceeding weight limits (individual or group) will be charged in full.
• All weight limits are set by the FAA and the aircraft manufacturer for safety.

FAA Drug & Alcohol Policy

• Passengers showing signs of intoxication or drug use will not be permitted to fly.
• No refunds for denied boarding; rebooking available for a $100 fee.

Additional Information

• Please bring a valid government ID.
• No dress code — come as you are.
• Tipping your pilot is optional.
• Weather or FAA restrictions may alter routes; rescheduling will be offered at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

• 90% refund with more than 72 hours notice.
• 50% refund with 48–72 hours notice.
• No refund with less than 48 hours notice.
• No-shows are charged in full.
• One complimentary reschedule with 24+ hours notice; otherwise a $100 fee applies.
