Itinerary

1. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in.
2. Present a government-issued ID matching the reservation name and sign the liability waiver.
3. Complete FAA SFAR Awareness Training with your instructor.
4. Participate in a 15-minute FAA-approved flight simulator session.
5. Receive a safety briefing and fly a 15-minute lesson in the R22 helicopter over Long Beach.
6. Return and receive your signed certificate documenting your flight time.

Cancellation Policy

• Less than 24 hours notice: $100 rescheduling fee per change.

Weather and Maintenance

• Flight routes may vary due to weather or FAA restrictions; customers will be offered reschedules.
• No liability for cancellations caused by weather, TFRs, or maintenance; full refunds or reschedules offered.

Flight Etiquette

• No intoxicated passengers allowed.
• No yelling, removing seatbelts, or unsafe behavior during flight.
• Pilot has the authority to end flights early if safety concerns arise; no refunds for shortened flights.

Weight Limitation Policy

• Accurate passenger weights required at booking and checked on arrival.
• Overweight passengers will be denied boarding without refund.
• R44 passengers must not exceed 300 lbs individually; groups over 580 lbs combined not allowed.
• R22 passengers must not exceed 220 lbs individually.
