Aircraft Limitations

• 300 lbs max per passenger
• 580 lbs max combined weight for up to 3 passengers (R44 helicopter)
• Accurate weights must be provided at booking — all passengers will be weighed on arrival
• Passengers exceeding aircraft limits will not be permitted to fly and will not be refunded

• No removing seatbelts or standing during flight

Where do we meet?

All tours depart from the Long Beach Airport at 3213 Airflite Way, Long Beach, CA 90807. Please note we are not located in the main terminal.

Is there a dress code?

Can I tip my pilot?

Tips are not included but are always appreciated at your discretion.

Is it safe?

Absolutely. Our pilots are highly experienced and continuously monitor weather and airspace. Flights may be rescheduled in case of unsafe weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 hours before flight: 90% refund
• Between 72 and 48 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours: Non-refundable

Rescheduling Policy

• One complimentary reschedule if requested at least 24 hours in advance
• Changes within 24 hours: $100 rescheduling fee
• Tours may be placed on hold for up to 1 year from the original date
• If prices increase after 3 months, customers must pay the difference

Weather & Maintenance Policy

• Tours may be altered or rescheduled due to adverse weather or FAA restrictions
• Flights affected by weather or maintenance will be rescheduled or refunded at no charge
