To ensure safety, the operator reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers showing signs of intoxication, with no refunds for such cancellations. Each passenger's weight limit is 300 lbs, and the combined total for four passengers cannot exceed 800 lbs to maintain aircraft balance and comfort.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the flight may incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit their refund. Cancellations due to weather or made by Timberview will receive a full refund.
