For the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers showing signs of intoxication. Such cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.

Each passenger has a weight limit of 300 lbs, with a combined maximum of 800 lbs for four passengers to ensure proper aircraft balance and comfort.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight may incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit their refund. Cancellations caused by weather or made by Timberview will receive a full refund.
