• Check-in: Arrive 40 minutes prior to flight time.
• Weight limits:
  • Robinson R44 – 275 lbs per passenger (max 2 passengers; only one may exceed 200 lbs in a 3-passenger group).
  • Robinson R66 – 285 lbs per passenger (max 3 passengers; no more than 3 over 200 lbs in a 4-passenger group).
• If weight limits are exceeded at check-in, the flight will not be accommodated, and passengers will be responsible for full cost.
• Cancellations: Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours prior. Cancellations within 24 hours are billed in full unless rescheduled (service fee of $100). Late check-ins (less than 40 minutes prior) incur a $100 reschedule fee if accommodated.
• Booking protection: Optional add-on allows cancellation or reschedule up until flight time.
• Mauna Loa Helicopter Tours reserves the right to refuse service.
