My husband was at Holy Cross hosp. so he gave the helicopter business he said its name was sheron the money for the trip fir just to take him to Charleston,Wv where are home is well some of the staff from the hospital paid to have his flight canceled so he couldn't get home to his be with his wife to have open heart surgery and he had important life or death papers so all the money ny husband had given this helicopter sheron we begged the two men that was there one was the manager but they put $350 dollars over my life and would not no way give us the other half no way for our refund except half so I and my doctors had to cancel my open heart surgery be cause of two men that worshipped money more then my life that's what these helicopter men did and they told me and my husband they would give us the rest of our money Friday so now they say next Friday and this surgery is a emergency or I will die so if they have a conscious they will take our money to Holy Cross Hosp.where he is and give him what belongs to us befor I die or cant have this surgery to live please help us all we need is the rest of our money take to him befor its to late he is my husband and the factors said he needs to be there for my surgery and it was suppose to already be done now and we cant wait I could be to late. not enough for him to get home to me

We splurged and bought the holiday lights tour for our 2 older children for Christmas. We decided to do an earlier time slot so we could make it home before our baby needed to go to bed. I do wish we had done a later time because I imagine the holiday lights would be more plentiful later, but I don't regret doing it one bit. Every member of the staff was SO nice and helpful. Outside when we arrived we stood a bit away from the gate watching a helicopter land and a staff member came by the gate and told us we were welcome to watch closer to the gate or wait inside. Inside the front desk staff members were cheerful and genuine and VERY nice to my kids. The waiting area was really nice and had all sorts of interesting things to look at and keep us entertained. Before we went out to the helicopter the boarding crew happily and knowledgeably answered my 10 year olds multiple questions. The pilot (Matt) was the type of pilot who makes it look and seem REALLY easy. I barely even noticed we were flying! The noise cancelling headphones were impressive and I liked that they played music (but wish the music had been more kid friendly). The views were incredible, the pilot was knowledgeable, and the flight from takeoff to landing was smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would happily do it again!

I'm so incredibly glad that I had an opportunity to do this!! It was all super simple. No hassle no wait. The helicopter are spacious and clean. The pilot was super friendly and informative. I loved the experience. Don't be afraid of the wind you can't feel it up there. The chopper is super stable

Well organized, just a great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff. Booked via the internet just a few hours before the actual flight, which was no problem at all. The ride was about 15 minutes, we had great weather and an awesome view. The pilot, called Bill afair, told us a lot of stuff, which was quite interesting. The only negative point was, that those 15 minutes were over too fast.

It was unforgettable experience, but only 20 min. We purchased this though Groupon so champagne and photos was included in the price but they didn't offer it. Flight 5 stars but service should be better.
