Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour forfeit any refund. Cancellations due to weather or by the company carry no penalties. No-shows or failure to call will also result in forfeiture of payment. Sunset tours canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice are exempt from penalties.
