Itinerary

1. Check-In: Arrive at Apex Air Tours 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time for a safety briefing and meet the staff.
2. Helicopter Tour (20 minutes): Fly over iconic Sedona landmarks such as Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, Boynton Canyon, and ancient cliff dwellings.
3. Jeep Tour (2 hours): Meet your Jeep guide at Apex Air and embark on an off-road adventure through high desert trails, hidden canyons, and stunning vistas while learning about Sedona’s geology and history.
4. Tour Conclusion: Return to the original pickup point to conclude your combined experience.

Cancellation Policy

Tours rescheduled within 24 hours of the flight are subject to a $20 rescheduling fee per seat. No-shows or check-ins more than 15 minutes late will be charged the full price. Apex Air Tours will assist with rebooking in the event of unforeseen circumstances at no charge. All ticket and gift card sales are final, and promo codes or special offers cannot be redeemed after booking.
