Cancellation Policy

Passengers who do not show up for their scheduled flight will be charged the full amount. Rescheduling after a no-show will incur a $100 fee. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed a seat or same-day rescheduling. Heli Chicago reserves the right to reschedule flights at any time due to FAA temporary flight restrictions, weather, aircraft maintenance, or any other operational constraints without additional fees.
