• Weather-related cancellations are determined on the day of the flight

Cancellation Policy

• Same-day changes: Must call 770-458-6047 directly (emails not accepted)
• No-show: Forfeits 50% of the paid amount
• Changes within 24 hours: $50 rescheduling/cancellation fee applies
• Changes more than 24 hours in advance: No charge
• Weather or operator cancellations: Full refund or free reschedule
