Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, as well as no-shows, will incur 100% of tour charges. Please contact Zip Aviation at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling at no additional cost. Late arrivals will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on seating and aircraft availability. Reservations made at the heliport the day of the tour forfeit the right to cancel after payment.

Maximum passenger weight is 300 lbs (136 kg). Passengers over 250 lbs (113 kg) must purchase an additional seat. Flight durations may vary due to routing, airspace restrictions, and weather. Zip Aviation reserves the right to amend flight paths for safety without notice and may alter routes during Yankee home games to avoid restricted airspace.

All passengers must pass metal detector security screening and present valid government-issued ID. Zip Aviation may refuse boarding or upgrade passengers at any time and reserves the right to alter or terminate flights due to weather, security, maintenance, emergencies, aircraft availability, or acts of God.
