We arrived 35 minutes early (or even earlier), as requested during the booking process. Despite this, we were greeted with a “you are late,” which was both confusing and very unprofessional. None of the passengers were able to choose their seats. I ended up sitting in the middle with a very limited view, which is extremely disappointing for a sightseeing flight at this price. I specifically booked the 5:00 PM flight in order to fly at night. However, we were taken off at 4:30 PM with no explanation or prior notice. After the flight, we complained about the situation, but no one seemed to care or take our concerns seriously. Additionally, the headsets that were supposed to provide music during the flight did not work for two out of five passengers. Considering how expensive this flight was, we are extremely disappointed with the service, the organization, and the overall experience. I would absolutely not recommend this company.
