Communication and customer service was on key! They rolled out a red carpet and gave a complimentary glass of champagne and even took great pictures of our experience. The ride itself was absolutely amazing—soaring above the landscape with breathtaking views that we’ll never forget. The helicopter was extremely comfortable, the takeoff and landing were seamless, and at no point did we ever feel unsafe. The pilot was skilled, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire flight. We were pleasantly surprised at how affordable this experience was compared to what we expected. On top of that, the little extras made it feel even more special—like the complementary drinks provided before and after the tour, which was such a thoughtful touch.
