My husband was celebrating his 60th birthday while we were visiting Tucson, so I surprised him with a helicopter ride. We flew over Gates Pass and the Tucson Mountains, over the city, and then on to the Catalina Mountains and Mt. Lemmon. We also got permission to fly over the Boneyard, which was very cool to see from above. The scenery was spectacular and we felt safe with Jared throughout the trip. My husband was thrilled with his gift! Thanks for the fun adventure!

Our trip was last Sunday 10/19/2025… 1st- our pilot was Travis, he’s a really nice guy and he knows what he’s doing for sure, 10/10 for him, honestly. 2nd- the customer service really good also, our tour was originally scheduled for 11:30am but we had to move it due to the planes for the rest of the day and they were really comprehensive at moved it to 9am without any question, 10/10 for the customer service 3rd- the helicopter was in really good conditions and really nice, 10/10 for equipment In general I do really recommend if you going to Tucson and interested in take a tour in a helicopter please don’t hesitate to go with VolareHelicopters 👌🏻
Travis was our pilot for our perfect evening out. We did the very reasonable priced Gates Pass tour at 5:30 and it was incredible. Travis was professional, knowledgeable and cognizant of our comfort the whole time. I'm looking forward to taking one of the other flights in the future.
Such a fun way to see the Tucson landscape! We did the 7:30am tour and then drove around Saguaro National Park West afterwards. It was really cool to see the area from above before seeing it from the road. The helicopter was nice and nobody was scared and Travis was a great host - highly recommend, especially if you’re only in Tucson for a short time!
