From beginning to end, this was the best tour of my life. Our guide (Vinnie) was really nice and very sweet. He's been a tour guide here for many years. We took our trip to Niagara Falls for our 10th wedding anniversary, and he made it ultra special. He took us to every point of interest besides the falls and explained facts and history behind it, the vehicle they take you around is really nice, we took the option of picking us up from the hotel and drop off as well. They make sure that you know they are there to pick you up, call you and text you. He keeps enough space to enjoy the attractions, and a little bit of shopping if you will. The only hiccup we have was coming back from the boats to the Niagara Falls, we were a little late not because we lingered, but due to the boat taking a little too long to board and do the trip, we had to rush back to the bus to be in time, but everything was okay. I definitely recommend this service, and if you get Vinnie on your tour, you will have the best time ever.

We did the morning Niagara Falls tour that visits: Skylon Tower, Journey Behind the Falls, Whirlpool, and ended with the Waterfall Cruise. We added the upgrade to be driven between locations. It was a really fun tour that gave us lots of different vantage points of the falls; including some really fun AND WET fun going behind the falls and on the cruise. Alex was our driver/guide and was great. On time, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took us to each location, made sure we had tickets, knew where to go, and when to be back, and provided a lot of interesting information along the way.

If you want to see Niagara Falls from every angle in one day, this is the tour to book. We kicked things off at the Skylon Tower, zipping up in the yellow bug for a sweeping view of the falls. Even though the weather was cloudy and misty, the sight of Horseshoe Falls was absolutely stunning—honestly, that alone was worth it. Then our guide, Carlos, brought us down to Journey Behind the Falls. Walking through the tunnels and standing right behind that massive wall of water was wild. We had plenty of time for pictures and just soaking it all in (literally and figuratively). There were even a few extra stops built into the tour—unexpected and really fun, but I won’t spoil the surprise. The grand finale was the Hornblower boat ride. We cruised up close to both the American Falls and Horseshoe Falls. Yes, you’ll get wet, but it’s all part of the adventure. If you want to experience Niagara Falls from above, below, and right in the middle of the action, this tour is perfect. Carlos was a fantastic guide, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day. Five out of five stars!

My family of 5, two adults, two kids and one teen, really enjoyed Niagara Falls small tour in August which was during a busy/touristy time. It was just us so turned out to be a private tour. Our guide Alan was great, gave us lots of information, made sure we don’t wait in lines too long, he switched the order of places to avoid wait time and we got to skip the line at behind the falls. He advised us on the best spot to stand on the boat ride and it was great. The tour was worth the money and I highly recommend it.

Alex was our guide for the Niagara Falls tour, and he was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We got to bypass a long line for the Journey Behind the Falls (fastpass style), enjoy a view of whirlpool from a lookout point that was not accessible by the larger tour buses, and get dropped off and picked up at every location. It was so efficient and appreciated, and we could have never done all that we did on our own. Alex took pride in sharing numerous facts throughout the tour, and at one point even stayed cool while getting screamed at by another driver/tourist. Well done and worth the money.
