I had a great experience with my discovery flight at Silver Hawk. Everyone was welcoming and professional from the start. Shana (Admin Manager) gave me a thorough tour and overview of the school and immediately made me feel welcome. My instructor, Mike, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The flight was an unforgettable experience—I even got hands-on time with the controls while feeling completely safe. The aircraft was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was both professional and friendly. I’d highly recommend Silver Hawk to anyone interested in learning to fly.

I had an amazing experience with my discovery flight at Silver Hawk! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely excited to introduce me to flying. The instructor (Jeffrey) took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable in the aircraft right away. Coming from my part 61 school in the suburbs of Chicago to Silver Hawk. It’s completely different in the best way possible. Significantly more instructor and aircraft availability. The instructors and staff genuinely care about your personal and academic success, creating an environment that is both supportive and motivating. The flight itself was unforgettable. I was able to get hands on time with the controls while still feeling completely safe. You can tell they truly care about teaching and building confident pilots. The aircraft was well maintained, and the overall operation felt very professional as well as welcoming. As someone serious about pursuing flight training, this experience really stood out and reinforced my passion for aviation. I highly recommend Silver Hawk to anyone considering a discovery flight or looking for high quality flight training. They set the bar high and made the experience truly memorable. Had an excellent flight with Kaleb. Took my daughter and son-in-law on tour over the Owyhees. Kaleb has amazing skills and we all felt very comfortable with him and his abilities. Thank you to everybody at Silverhawk!

Fantastic is not even a good enough word to describe our experience. So awesome. It was hubbys 76 birthday surprise. Mollie , the receptionist, assured me it would be safe and memorable. It was that snd more. Bobbie was our pilot . He exudes confidence which calmed my nerves. We got in , took off and it was magical. Thank you is hardly enough to say . If u are thinking of going for a flight , do the hour one. It goes by so fast. , Its not at all scary . Ask for Bobby hes the best . Thank you so so much .We had a smile on our face the whole day . ❤️❤️❤️

I had the honor of taking a helicopter tour over Caldwell and Marsing. Jon was our pilot and he did such a great job making us feel comfortable, safe, all while having fun too!
