Once in a lifetime experience. Service was exceptional and the ride was incredible. As a local, I was able to get an amazing perspective on the part of Tennessee I call home. Hannah and Philipp deserve a raise!!! Hannah was extremely helpful, pleasant, and an all around awesome person! She sold us on a great flight. Her excitement was palpable. She seemed to truly enjoyed helping us during our time there. Philipp is a master class pilot. A smooth operator. His confidence and handling of the aircraft on what was supposed to be a windy day was exceptional. His knowledge and guidance of the area was great. We could tell he enjoys his profession. Philipp and Hannah are assets to Scenic Helicopter Tours. I hope to one day bring more of my family to experience the wonder of our beautiful home from the sky.
