Excellent pick-up service on time. The tour guide was friendly. Overall the tour was good. My suggestion is that more volcanoe stops instead of park/beach stops would be a more interesting tour.

We really enjoyed this tour and adored our tour guide Dexter today! He had lots of great facts about the island and provided top notch customer service. He offered to take our photos at all of the locations and provided us with a view of what growing up on the big island/Hilo was like along with showing us his personal photos of the volcanic eruptions. He even provided a snack local to the area and took us to a wonderful bakery along the way. The tour Is a fully packed tour and we enjoyed it a lot but be ready to sweat for Akaka falls, that’s was a lot of stairs!!! Definitely would recommend this tour and I hope you get Dexter as your tour guide too!!!

Our tour guide, Dexter, was excellent! He did such an amazing job of telling us all about the plants and trees we saw along our trip. He told us the history of all the places we stopped and he was so funny! He offered to take pics of us each stop. Definitely keep Dexter around! He deserves a raise! If you have one day on the big island take the tour! It’s more than worth it!
