Really disappointed, I have family visiting from Canada who really were really looking forward to doing a day trip to the isles. We were fully prepared for a possibility of cancellation due to weather, however the day before we were told that they bumped us off the flight because their normal helicopter was in maintenance. Their offer of rebooking was for 3 weeks away, well after my family has departed. If I had not previously read the prior year’s reviews and news articles about similar issues, I may have dismissed it as a one-off. However I’m disappointed that this company still appears to be unable to provide a reliable service.

Lovely airport. Staff are kind and very welcoming. They will help passengers with mobility issues if needed. Friendlt atmosphere, nice little cafe that smells like homebaked cakes, and clean toilets. We were fogged in and so flight was delayed until the following day but airport staff helped with accommodation

Amazing service from the Heliport team and the cared for our dog really well making sure she was well looked after. Definitely recommend this method of travel get to see some beautiful sites on the flight and is a lot quicker than the ferry.

Exceptional service and an unforgettable journey. Everything about this service went perfectly to plan and it was a relaxed and enjoyable trip. The flight was beautifully smooth and the view of the islands was incredible as we fly into St Mary's. Thank you Penzance Helicopters for making our holiday so special.

Well signed and on the main road this is easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Staff helpful & friendly. Worth knowing their biggest concern re electronics in the cargo is lithium batteries so expect to be asked to take them out of cameras etc. Easy to board. Fantastic views during the flight. Arrived quickly. Hold unloaded and taken to the cottage we are staying in with our luggage all in a timely fashion.
