I booked a dive under dive cruise/fly tour through Tripadvisor using this tour company and had to cancel due to tender timings and weather. I had the best experience dealing with their reservation/ ground crew who returned my emails in a timely manner and were understanding that I had to cancel, even giving me alternative tours. Received my refund in a timely manner as well. I was so disappointed that I could not do my original tour and this will be reflected in my cruise review. Thank you Zoe Hayley and Myriam

My partner and I were booked in to do the Vlasoff sand cay private helicopter experience, although unfortunately the sand cay was being occupied by the public on the day we chose so we were unable to land. However our pilot John and the team at Nautilus aviation were fortunately able to shuffle things around last-minute and provided us the option of landing on Green Island and doing the snorkeling and picnic there. Although it wasn’t our intended experience, it still turned out to be great and we had an unforgettable day! Thank you to Leonie, John, Sean and the rest of the team at Nautilus for making our day as best as it could be! - C&D :)

Mark and Haley were incredible! We had an amazing time. Mark spotted so much wildlife, we saw sharks, stingrays and a dugong. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience! Thank you to the Nautilus Aviation Team!

We did a 10 minute flyover on the great barrier reef. This was an amazing experience. I would say it was a bit longer than 10 minutes. The views from the helicopter are beautiful and there are many opportunities to take photos. Floor to ceiling windows means there is no obstructions to the view.

Incredible experience! Our pilot, Thomas, was awesome and made sure to circle around the reef and waterfall so that both sides of passengers had Incredible views and were able to take stunning photos. I highly recommend this experience if you find yourself in Cairns, Queensland, Australia!👍🏻
