Beautiful experience with my husband and 7 year old son. We surprised him with this tour for his birthday. He was a little nervous at first but very quickly realized how awesome it is. Our pilot was very friendly and professional. Could not have asked for a better experience.
We did the 10 miler, in LaCrosse over the Rotary Christmas lights, etc. it was wonderful! I took my 86 yr old mother for an early Christmas present then framed and wrapped a picture of it, for a reminder, under the tree. She, and I really enjoyed it. The staff, pilot Rachel, and ground crew were personable and very helpful with questions, etc. I highly recommend this to anyone and at any age. A quick ride, but Very memorable.
First time on a helicopter. It was great. The pilot was very good at flying thankfully lol. Whoever checked me in was amazing. I forget their names. 10 out of 10. Will definitely be back in the summer for another ride.
For what the tour was it was a great experience! Pilot was a great guide, friendly and made us comfortable. They were on time and were exactly as advertised. The cost is a bit pricey but it was a nice experience. We did the ten mile private flight, and while it was over fairly quickly, we got some great views.
This flight, and these people, will rock your world! Flying with the doors off (upon request) is an adrenaline rush like no other! Dan has a built a fine business with great staff. Ground crew, Archer, was skilled and efficient, helpfully advising us on what we needed to do to get ready and what was going to happen. Captain Rachael took good care of us and worked to make sure we had an amazing view of Duluth. Don't skimp. Treat yourself and take a longer flight - you won't regret it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
