Absolutely a smooth and wonderful ride. We were blessed with amazing weather and the pilot, Arthur, gave both sides a clear and beautiful view of all the natural sites. He had great details and points and was available to answer questions but I think all the passengers were too in awe to think of questions
Absolutely amazing helicopter tour with Arthur in Kauai. We did the doors off experience and the views were incredible. This was my 2nd time doing this tour and it was even better than the first! Arthur is knowledgeable, professional and makes the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kauai.
We did the Jack Harter Helicopter tour and it was hands down one of the best things we did on Kauai. From check-in to landing, everything felt extremely organized and safe. Our pilot Nicholas was amazing—very experienced and full of interesting facts about the island, its history, and the places we flew over. The views were unreal. We got to see the Nā Pali Coast up close, fly through Waimea Canyon, and hover near waterfalls that you can’t get to any other way. If you're visiting Kauai, this tour is a must-do. It is worth every penny. On a side note: I am 5'2, 120lbs and being the smallest passenger on the helicopter, I got seated in the middle front. Before the ride, I was extremely anxious as I thought there were 3 seats in the back and 1 up front with the pilot. I was nervous that I would be in the middle in the back. It turns out that I was placed in the front between the pilot and my boyfriend. Now, I understand the whole thing about FAA regulations and weight distribution, I just want others with the same weight and frame to know that you are most likely get stuck in the middle front seat and not guarantee to be with the person you signed up for. I was unhappy about the seating arrangement as I wanted the window seat because thats the best view. When you sit in the middle, its difficult to get a good view over the pilot or the person sitting next to you so you end up looking through the glass windshield most of the time. With that said, I enjoyed the experience because I was with my partner and I know how happy and excited he was for the tour as he loves taking photos! So even with suboptimal view, I would still give it 5 stars for the experience and the pilot. These photos were mostly from my partner, as I sometimes reached over to snap one here as there.
Seriously worth it! We loved this adventure and best way to start out your trip in Kauai!! Definitely recommend doors off as you can see so well and make for a great photos! The fresh breeze was amazing! The staff and pilot here were so friendly, happy and safe! Highly recommend! And felt totally safe!!

I’m usually afraid of heights and tend to get air sick, so I was a little nervous going in — but the team at Jack Harter Helicopters made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The ride was incredibly smooth, and I was amazed by how comfortable and relaxed I felt the entire time. Our pilot, Chrissy, was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly skilled. The views were breathtaking, and I never once felt uneasy. If you’re hesitant about flying or prone to motion sickness like me, don’t worry — you’ll be in great hands (I did take dramamine to be safe though). This was an unforgettable experience, and I can’t recommend Jack Harter Helicopters enough!
