Took a helicopter ride over Universal Studios Florida and it was honestly one of the coolest experiences ever. Seeing the parks and Orlando from the air is a whole different level — you get an amazing view of the rides, resorts, and the whole area laid out below you. The staff was professional and made us feel safe and comfortable the entire time, and the ride itself was smooth and unforgettable. My wife and I couldn’t stop smiling the whole flight. Definitely one of those bucket list moments.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing – False Advertising & Poor Customer Service I had a very frustrating experience with Orlando Helitour on International Drive, and I would not recommend this business. They have a large sign outside advertising rides starting at $25. Once you go inside, there is a flyer stating the price is $35. However, when you are ready to pay, you are then told that the rides actually start at $45 per person—a $20 increase from what is advertised outside. When I questioned this, I was told by Andrew and later by his manager that this was not false advertising, and we were essentially prompted to leave if we disagreed with the price. There was no attempt to clarify, honor the advertised price, or offer any solution—just a dismissive attitude. We were a party of 8 (my entire family plus my parents), which meant paying $160 more than expected. This was supposed to be a special Christmas family experience, and instead it turned into a stressful and disappointing situation. I cannot support a business that uses misleading pricing and treats customers this way. It felt greedy and like they were taking advantage of people once they’re already inside. Transparency and customer service were completely lacking.

We visited Orlando HeliTours and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived until landing, the service was excellent. The pilot was very professional and explained everything during the tour, pointing out important landmarks and incredible views of Disney, Universal, and the tourist area. The flight was smooth, comfortable, and perfect for photos and videos. An unforgettable experience. Worth every penny!

Orlando HeliTours was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure we felt completely comfortable before takeoff. The helicopter was spotless and well-maintained, and the pilot was knowledgeable — pointing out all the major attractions like Disney, Universal, and downtown Orlando. The views were breathtaking! Seeing the parks and city from above was such a unique experience — way better than I expected. The ride was smooth, and they even took great photos for us before and after. If you’re visiting Orlando, this is a must-do activity! It’s worth every penny for the memories and views. Highly recommend Orlando HeliTours for anyone looking for something special to add to their trip.

What a fantastic experience. From walking through the door and being greeted by Shane and then being flown around Orlando by another Shane it was unbelievable. I would highly recommended anybody visiting the area to book these guys. Such a fun thing to do and felt totally safe.
