I would give a negative star if I could. The people work at the Vancouver location is very incompetent. My husband arrived and the bus said will leave 20min and told my husband to wait inside. My husband went out 10min after, the driver has the door closed and drove off, while my husband has an injured leg and cannot even run after the bus. Not that would help. Called the vancouver reception/reservation, not only they didn’t offer help, but asked the manager to call back and didn’t even bother to make the call to me. Such lousy customer service. If it wasn’t the weather was bad, we wouldn’t even take Helijet, who would know their customer service is this bad.

What a professional operation! Great pre-flight facilities. Trouble free process. An amazing way to travel. Special thanks to Quinn. That was our pilot yesterday. We had a great chat with him and he even invited us to to come down and check out the helicopter before our flight. He says he spends as much time doing photography of passengers as flying!!! Thanks Quinn and Helijet!!!

Great customer service and complimentary refreshments. Arrived in Victoria in half an hour. The pilot and co-pilot were very professional providing us with clear instructions and making sure we had earplugs. What a fantastic ride!

Awesome staff and crew. Time is money and you can usually get a pretty good deal to fly. Throw in a nice selection of complimentary snacks and alcohol, definitely worth the money. Not sure how they do it for as little as $130 one way, all in!
