From pick up at hotel to drop off, staff were very friendly and kind. The flight was awesome and our pilot Cal was explained the area as we flew over. The ride was smooth and seeing Uluru and Kata Tjuta from up above is an experience I'll never forget. Yes it cost a bit but worth every dollar. If you're ever able to do it, then go for it because you'll regret it if you don't. You only live once so take the opportunity of a lifetime.
Today’s helicopter experience with the professional helicopter service company was truly the best there is. From the moment my family and I (a group of four) were picked up from The Sails in the Desert Hotel by their transfer bus, everything was exceptional. Our driver, Reemus, was very welcoming and friendly, and he made the journey enjoyable with great conversation. He explained the safety briefing clearly and concisely and even helped take photos of us and other guests, which we really appreciated. Our pilot was nothing short of outstanding; friendly, professional, and confident. She ensured a smooth take-off and landing and provided informative commentary as we flew over different parts of the desert and around Uluru. Overall, the service was of the highest standard. Safety and comfort were clearly prioritised, and we were given an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience that was worth every penny. The 15min scenic helicopter flight at Uluru was a great experience. First time flying in a helicopter and our pilot Emily made the ride smooth and enjoyable with interesting commentary. Would absolutely do another flight and definitely recommend it as a must do when visiting Uluru!
My friend and I had an absolutely amazing helicopter experience. From start to finish, everything felt smooth, safe, and well organised but what truly made it unforgettable was the pilots. They were professional, polite, and genuinely welcoming. During the flight, they explained the area in a clear and interesting way, sharing helpful information and local tips that made the whole trip feel more meaningful, not just a sightseeing ride. Their attitude and the way they treated us added so much to the experience. I unfortunately forgot their names, but one of them was from Newcastle and the other was from the UK. Both were outstanding. Honestly, I wish every helicopter company had pilots like them.
