The owner, Patrick, was incredibly kind, professional and transparent. He made booking this experience very comfortable. No pressure, fully honest and he's also a comedian. He was very available by phone/text and actively communicative to discuss weather. The helicopter ride itself felt safe and the view of Bend, buttes and mountains was spectacular. The pilot was very knowledgeable about the land and narrated the trip with interesting information that made it feel Nat Geo worthy. Would recommend this to anyone in Bend. I didn't post pics because I don't want to spoil the view :).
