This was one of the greatest experiences we’ve had from start to finish! The company was in constant contact with us via WhatsApp (Anna was amazing!), answering every question we had. And we had many! Everything was so easy, the waiting area / launch facility and airport gate area were great, Anna and our pilot (Kieran) were SO accommodating, helping with bags and taking photos. And the flight itself? Omg. Kieran was calm and so informative, funny and fantastic. Can’t say enough great things about this. It is worth it; and, considering what you pay, that’s really saying a lot. Thanks so much, wings!

Absolutely unforgettable! Wings Air delivered one of the most breathtaking experiences I’ve ever had. Our sunset helicopter tour over New York City was pure magic — the skyline glowing in gold, the rivers sparkling, and views you just can’t get anywhere else. From start to finish, the staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel completely safe and excited for the adventure. The pilot was incredible, pointing out landmarks and making sure we had the perfect photo moments. Watching the sun dip behind the skyline from the sky felt surreal — truly a once-in-a-lifetime memory. If you’re visiting NYC or even if you live here, do not skip this tour. Wings Air is worth every penny. I’d give them more than five stars if I could!

The experience was excellent, the pilot was very nice and kind. We were very displeased about the 1 hour delay. We booked our flight at the sunset time to enjoy Manhattan with the sunset color e magic, still beautiful the night but not what we expected. They gave us a 15 mins more on the helicopter for the inconvenience so I would still recommend the experience.

It was definitely an experience I recommend to anyone that loves & lives in USA. I’ve always watched the airplanes take off at the airports, and its a little glimpse. This is a blast & very professional. My pilot would not take off just because I had a scheduled slot. Safety is their priority & that is what I paid for. Excellent service, trip & wonderful staff ( Ryan & Michael) great teamwork. I recommend this service without reservations. Best gift you can give a person or yourself.
