Cancellation Policy

Bookings made directly with Wings Air Helicopters follow the terms below. Third-party bookings may have different policies—please check your voucher.

• Flight time billed as the greater of quoted or actual airtime
• Additional expenses (parking, late operations, overnight fees, etc.) are charged if incurred
• Wait time charged at $300/hour after 15 minutes; flights may be canceled if passengers are late
• Cancel more than 48 hours before departure: flight credit valid for 1 year
• Cancel less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of charter cost applies
• Charters are non-refundable except when canceled by Wings Air Helicopters for operational reasons
• Pilot in Command has final authority on all flight decisions
• Bookings over $2,000 require photo ID and credit card verification
