• Any individual passenger weighing 300 lbs (136 kg) or more will not be permitted to fly.
• The combined weight limit for up to 3 passengers is 580 lbs (263 kg).
• Weight verification may be required upon check-in.
• If passengers exceed weight limits upon arrival, the flight will be canceled without refund.
• All restrictions follow FAA safety regulations and manufacturer limits.

Restrictions

• Tours cannot operate on Dodger home game days due to FAA Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFR).

Weather & Maintenance Policy

• All flights are weather dependent.
• If weather conditions or FAA restrictions affect your flight, you will be contacted and offered a complimentary reschedule or refund.
• Routes may vary slightly due to weather or safety conditions.

Flight Etiquette

• Safety is the top priority — all passengers must follow pilot instructions.
• No intoxicated passengers permitted; flights canceled for this reason will not be refunded.
• Seatbelts must remain fastened at all times.
• No yelling, arguing, or extending hands/feet outside the helicopter.

Cancellation Policy

• 90% refund for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tour.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 48–72 hours prior.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or for no-shows.

Rescheduling Policy

• One complimentary reschedule allowed if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
• Changes made under 24 hours will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.
• Tours can be placed on hold for up to one year from the original date.
• If rebooked 90+ days after purchase, any price difference must be paid.
