Extremally professional, courteous, and safety minded! It is incredible to look over the negative reviews clearly drafted by homeowners around the Van Nuys Airport. The homeowners that are leaving the negative reviews fail to recall one simple fact: When most of the current homeowners around the Van Nuys Airport purchased their home, the airport was there, the air traffic was present, and the "noise" was there. When there selected to purchase that home, they were never told the activities at the airport would stop. Completely entitled people! Grow up

They fly too low through residential areas during off hours. Their flights are able to be tracked by FlightRadar app. Altitude too low for safe flight, disregard safety for fliers and residences down below.

Abby and chris were a blessing. Gave us the up most respect while keeping us alive with incredible information. Definitely will recommend this service to anyone who wants to fly with peace and security.

I have been flying news in Los Angeles since the 90’s. The Helinet news pilots go above and beyond (pun intended) the courteous “fly quietly” “fly neighborly” rules responding to and respecting the sometimes ridiculous request of residents with professionalism and thoughtfulness. Safety is always number one priority. A shining example of an aviation company that cares about everyone.
