Kevin and Frank were the best. I proposed to my now fiancé during the flight. Frank was super kind, very charming guy. Coincidentally we were his last flight with the company ever! Kevin gave us all the good engagement tips, cool dude made us feel super comfortable the entire experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, cheap flights but the most amazing views of NYC.

The experience started with Kevin checking us in and explaining the entire process. He was so personable and friendly! He was also very informative and accommodating (wouldn’t have been the same without him) Frank was our pilot and he was excellent as well! We couldn’t have asked for a better pilot to guide us through the city! I highly recommend flying the 5pm flight-we got to experience both day and night from above! I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Our experience was a dream come true. Thanks to our pilot Frank, who gave us an unforgettable experience tailored to the best possible sites in New York City. I got amazing footage of The Empire State Building, Central Park, Times Square, Chrysler Building, One World Trade Center, & The Whole Skyline as the sunset and blue hour came in and the city lights turned on. It was perfect. I would recommend a doors off flight. We enjoyed complimentary drinks and a limo ride to the helicopter. It was an experience we will never forget. Thanks a lot to Frank & HeliFlights.

What an amazing experience! Kevin at the front desk went above and beyond to make our day special — from taking great photos to surprising us with a limo ride back from the aircraft. Brian, our pilot, was also fantastic. They even extended the tour at no extra charge! This flight exceeded all of my expectations.
