Totally recommend this service! Dakota was kind, funny and excellent. Great tour guide and pilot. If there's a raise to be given, he DESERVES IT. We booked the "Miami's Most Popular" Helicopter Tour (Downtown and South Beach). We received a confirmation text the morning of and we arrived on time. We were greeted by Dakota and we had clear skies and our money's worth. If you're thinking of going, you should!

Awesome experience. Wanted to do something different for my boyfriend’s birthday and wow did he enjoy it. There were other helicopter tours that were cheaper but I wanted someone professional and skilled that would make us feel safe high in the sky…Boy did Elliot deliver!!!
A huge thank you to HeliAir Miami. The flight was excellent. It was the first experience for us and I was a little bit nervous. However, the professionalism and calmness of the pilot Bryan set us up for a super flight. Within 3 minutes after takeoff I was overwhelmed with awesome feelings. We loved it so much! The pilot told us a lot of interesting things about the places we were flying over! It was a God's flight!
I had an awesome experience on my helicopter tour! The pilot was so knowledgeable about the area and I even got to see some manatees hanging out in a lagoon. It was a smooth, comfortable ride and the pilot focused a lot on safety. I tend to deal with motion sickness, but didn’t have any issues on this ride! Overall, I loved seeing Miami from a new perspective and would definitely recommend Heli Air Miami to anyone visiting the area!!
