I booked a tour and wanted to propose to my girlfriend and I got help from Renee and she was very helpful and made the process very easy and our pilot John was very nice and did an amazing job and explaining the process of the flight and even took pictures of me and my girlfriend and overall was very helpful. very helpful staff which made the process very easy and made my night go the way I exactly pictured it.
First and foremost what an amazing and exciting experience!!!! I wanted to do something exciting for my daughter Birthday, and what better way to enjoy her day by looking at a beautiful view of her birth place CHICAGO!!! I cant even begin to say how wonderful and friendly are pilot was! he gave us a great tour and he point out places and told us a bit of the history of it! WOW! The employees here are just amazing. Renee assisted me with booking my tour and although I was rescheduled twice, I appreciate the fact that they did not allow us to fly in cloudy weather where we wouldn't be able to see anything. I felt comfortable with the pilot and the experience was just amazing. I hope to take a night tour sometime in the near future. Thank you for such a great experience with a tour of our lovely city!
Some of the tour that he showed us was very breathtaking I advise and encourage anyone to do the aerial tours not taking nothing away from the helicopters but the helicopters are loud and noisy the plane is more up-close-and-personal and it's a little bit more comfortable and you will enjoy. Ariel 2 years are great
