The pilot (Kiana) & ground crew were all great! The signs for the parking/entrance are helpful considering I wouldn't have known where to go otherwise. Kiana was very informative & had a bunch of good jokes as well. Her commentary made the flight that much more enjoyable, rather than just hearing "facts read off a script." The ground staff were all pleasant & helpful.
Had an incredible experience with Rainbow Helicopters. Sarah was our pilot and she was amazing, we saw everything around the island, with her calm energy she explained a bit of history and things to do around the island. The views from the helicopter are breathtaking especially as you go close to the waterfall. We did the doors off option which made the experience very immersive.
I booked the engagement landing with rainbow for October 28 and it was the best decision I could make the landing was beautiful and the photographer (Michelle) took amazing pictures for us. I would recommend this to anyone that is interested. The staff at the O’ahu location were amazing in helping me make the moment special and helping me through some last minute nerves. Justin our pilot was down to earth and made the ride fun.
Rainbow helicopters exceeded my expectations in every aspect. They have thought of everything. From the thorough safety briefing to the photo ops before the ride, everything was perfect. Can’t thank the friendly staff enough for their kindness and professionalism! Our pilot was Gavin and he was a joy! Very experienced and displayed expertise with a smile. It was a huge thrill and way more than we expected! Flying from Kona to see the Big Island and especially the many gorgeous waterfalls was epic! Our pilot, Jeff was very friendly, knowledgeable as well as a fantastic pilot. We even flew through the middle of a rainbow that wrapped all the way around us! We all felt totally safe and were grinning the whole time. It was defiantly the best part of our vacation! WoW!!
