Poor experience! First the changed at the last minute the landing destination adding me 30 min taxi to my place. Second, when i got to the departure, that said I have to wait for a full hour for the next flight. Meaning it will take me longer than riding a cab. After asking for my money back they “found” an earlier flight.

Absolutely incredible experience using Blade for my first time from manhattan to JFK. Beginning at the departure lounge we were greeted with a warm welcome by two very friendly attendants. After our time in the lounge they met the timelines perfectly to get us to the terminal from the landing pad. Loved the experience and would do it again for sure!

Great way to skip the traffic of taking a taxi out of Manhattan to the airport! Grabbed a drink at the bar and relaxed while they carry your luggage to the chopper, and you get to sit back and enjoy the views on the way to JFK. They'll escort you to tsa with your luggage. 10/10 recommend!

Had an amazing time flying with Blade from JFK to Manhattan! The flight was so beautiful and the views that we got of the city were unreal! Definitely a nice way to see the city especially if it is your first time ever in NYC! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and they also include an alcoholic beverage of your choice when you land here at lounge west!
