We had a fantastic time on our flight today. Our pilot, Kyle, was brilliant. Excellent safety briefing and instructions. We enjoyed every minute, especially the informative details and regional trivia. We would happily have spent hours flying with Kyle, and plan on another tour in the summer. 10000% recommend!!

I took my husband on a 45-minute tour, and it was truly unforgettable. Our pilot, Kyle, was personable, professional, and just an all-around amazing human being. He made the experience feel comfortable, fun, and special from start to finish. The entire staff was so warm and professional as well. They even packed us a cooler bag with our champagne—such a thoughtful touch. The young lady who prepared it was lovely, and I wish I remembered her name to thank her personally. Overall, the service was exceptional, and the experience was everything we hoped for and more.
I asked for a custom tour over the city of Surrey and staff was very accommodating and accepted my request. We had to reschedule two times due to forest fire smoke and bad weather and staff was very understanding and did not pressure whatsoever to move forward with those bookings and asked what date/time I would like to reschedule. Communication was exceptional. Ian was our pilot and he was beyond professional and even cared to call in a tree that was on fire below in front of a residence so emergency response would know the exact location and be able to get to it before any damage could be done to the home. Thank You Sky Helicopters for the once in a lifetime type experience !!!
