I purchased a helicopter ride for my boyfriend and I to look at Christmas lights. The staff was so nice and friendly. The pilot was rock steady. The city at night with all the Christmas lights was beautiful. We will definitely be using their services again. It was my first time flying in a helicopter so it was magical sharing the experience with him. If you want an amazing and very thoughtful gift, check with Interstate Helicopters. They ROCK!
We booked a Christmas light tour to see downtown and they waited until we were actually up in the air to tell us it was too foggy to go there and we would just be going to Nichols hills instead. Which was not what we purchased.
They have since changed their answer since the aviation community came down on them about their opinions on women in the aviation industry. Any ladies looking for a flight school, you can do better

Stopped by on a trip from Florida to Boulder Colorado in an R66. I was having some minor issues and they were extremely helpful and attentive, their mechanic looked at the issue and while they were not able to resolve it, they helped me hangar the aircraft and find a hotel close by to spend the night. I could not have asked for a friendlier location and nicer folks.
