Amazing experience from start to finish! Professional, friendly crew, smooth and comfortable flight, and unbeatable views of the LA skyline, coastline, and landmarks. Pilot provided clear commentary and plenty of photo opportunities (for my fiancée). Easy booking and check-in — well worth it for a special occasion or to cross off your bucket-list. Highly recommended!

I had booked a tour around two weeks in advance and had discussed with the telephone support which tour best to take to catch sunset. I had booked and paid for a 25-30 minutes lasting tour. We arrived early and directly went on the helicopter ride. Just in the middle of the only 15 minutes lasting ride, the pilot told us, that we’re not to fly anywhere near DTLA because of the baseball match taking place same time and he pretended, they had tried to contact us to inform us before. We landed before the sun had set. All in all disappointing experience, given the expectation and easily preventable time clash and the not performing customer service. When trying to reach the customer service after that, they never picked up. My mail in the contact form was never answered.
