Check-In Information

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your flight
• Go straight through the stop signs at the top of Airport Road to the red building on the far left corner

• Comfort Plus seating for guests 270 lbs and up
• Minimum of 2 seats must be sold to operate flight
• Solo travelers should call to be paired with others

Cancellations & Rebooking

• No cancellation, no refund policy applies unless Trip Protection is purchased
• Rebooking is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to a $20 fee per seat
• No-shows or late arrivals (15+ mins late) will be charged in full
• In case of weather or operational cancellation, you may rebook at no charge
